Aspinall vs. Gane odds, predictions, and best bets
the UFC It goes international this weekend with a stacked 14-fight card live from Abu Dhabi.
UFC 321 is headlined by a big fight for the undisputed heavyweight title between reigning champion Tom Aspinall and his challenger Cyril Jean.
Fight fans, be sure to set your alarms on Saturday morning, as the prelims begin at 10 a.m. ET on ESPN+.
The main event is set for 2pm ET, and the Aspinall-Gane trails are scheduled for 4:30pm ET.
Let’s dive into some main and main event analysis, followed by full card predictions for UFC 321: Aspinall vs. Gane.
UFC 321 predictions
Tom Aspinall (-345, Kings Project) vs. Cyril Jean (+275, Kings Project)
Aspinall (15-3) is stepping into the octagon for the first time in 2025, much to the dismay of many fight fans, and it won’t be a huge fight against Jon “Bones” Jones.
Instead, he will face top contender Jin (13-2) to close out the card.
Gane has been thrust back into the headlines, as he is 0-2 in his last two major title fights. His last shot at the title ended in horrific fashion, as he lost to Jones via submission in the first round.
Look, every fighter has a chance to strike, and Gene is not a record holder, but this is a disappointing matchup considering Aspinall-Jones’ potential.

Aspinall is on a three-fight winning streak, avenging his loss to Curtis Blaydes via the first round last July, to re-establish himself as the top dog in the division.
With an impressive 14 first-round finishes on his resume, it’s safe to assume this one won’t be over, and the oddsmakers agree. Now it is -800 FanDuel So it doesn’t go the full five rounds.
I’ll give Jane a round, but with Aspinall’s 67 percent hit accuracy and 4.09 knockout rate, this round would be over in the blink of an eye in the second round.
Aspinall is likely to patiently come out in the early parts of the fight getting to know Jane, but he will unleash a flurry in the second round to finish things off. I’m confident Aspinall will knock him out in a second.
Selection: Fight Parlays (winning combination) Tom Aspinall by KO, TKO or DQ – Round 2 (+510, BetRivers)

Virna Jandiroba (+124, Kings Project) vs. Mackenzie Dern (-148, Kings Project)
A rematch between two of the top 5 talents in the division, this time, the vacant women’s strawweight title will be on the line.
Jandiroba (22-3) and Dern (15-5) faced off again in 2020, with Dern emerging victorious via unanimous decision. It was a high-paced, punch-filled encounter, but Dern was able to outmaneuver Jandiroba and keep her ground game at bay.
However, since this fight, Jandiroba has gone 6-1, facing significantly better competition, while Dern has a pedestrian record of 5-4.
Both fighters rely on their grappling, with Jandiroba averaging 4.5 takedowns per 15 minutes, and they have combined for 22 submission wins combined.
This is a difficult decision, given that Jandiroba is on a five-game winning streak. Dern has had back-to-back wins of her own, most recently defeating Amanda Ribas in January.
I’ll give the slight edge to Deren and rely on her solid defense to get the better of Jandiroba again. In what will be a close and closely contested fight, I will take Dern to the decision win.
The pick: Dern to win by decision (+250, Kings Project)
