
Biden-Free Illegal Immigrant Accused in Deadly California Truck Crash

A 21 year old Illegal immigrants A firefighting semi-truck crash that killed three people in Southern California is now being blamed on India, which crossed the southern border in 2022 and was abandoned by the Biden administration, multiple federal law enforcement sources told Fox News.

At least three people were killed and several others injured in the accident, which was caught on dashcam video.
Singh is said by the police Never hit the brakes before slipping into a traffic jam, citing toxicology tests that confirmed the impairment.
DHS sources confirmed that he is not in legal immigration status and that ICE has filed an immigration detainer charge following his arrest.
Singh was released under the Biden administration’s 2022 “alternatives to sanctions” policy, one of several instances Fox News has documented where illegal immigrants released pending hearings have gone on to commit crimes.

A statement issued by Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy on Oct. 15 points to a widespread problem among big rig drivers: the inability to pass English language requirements.
“I’m giving states a notice this summer: Enforce the Trump administration’s English language requirements or the checks stop coming,” Duffy said. “California is the only state in the nation that refuses to ensure big rig drivers can read our road signs and communicate with law enforcement. This is a fundamental safety issue that affects you and your family on America’s roads.”

The crash comes as the Trump administration announced last week that it would withhold more than $40 million in federal highway safety funds from California for failing to meet federal English language proficiency standards for truck drivers.
