Contemporary Impressionist Paintings Depict Life in Zanzibar

artist Wise He adds a impressionistic touch to the scenes depicting life in Zanzibar. His landscapes display a Tanzanian archipelago using bright colors and powerful brush strikes. The literature depicts the culture of the city with a stone alleys, but also a place that flourishes on the ocean; Sailing boats transport water in buildings and palm trees in the distance. Besides the use of purple, orange and blues, it is an ideal look at daily life.

We met for the first time in 2017 as a new artist who seized the local culture of Zanzibar residents, especially the daily life in Stone Town (UNESCO World Heritage website). His work was shown in a Video on YouTube channel.

“Since the Met Met video clip, my artistic career has grown in exciting ways,” I told Wise My Moden Met in an update. “This feature helped get a practical vision, a new university attraction, invitations to international presentation, and the chances of participation in artists, including multiple residencies in the Gibb farm in Ngorongoro and Four Seasons Serengeti.

The joy in following the artist’s work is to see how their visual language develops over time, especially because it works hard to improve their skills. “Over the past few years, art creation has evolved in exploring life and vibrant culture in Zanzibar through an impressive lens,” Wise participates. “I have tried air air technologies, murals on a large scale, and an objective series inspired by local markets, coastal life, and environmental conservation. My painting has grown more vibrant, and my brushes more expressive, reflecting the energy and rhythms on the island.”
