MSNBC host Janet Psaki was slammed for her “disgusting” comments Tuesday for suggesting the vice president JD of Vance His wife Usha is afraid of him.
Saki said “I have had it” podcast, where she and the host expressed concern about Vance as a member of the Trump administration.
She suggested that Vance is “scarier” than President Donald Trump in some respects, and that Usha once may seem similar.

“I think the little Manchurian candidate, JD Vance, wants to be president more than anything else,” Psaki said. “I always wonder what’s going through his wife’s mind. Like, are you okay? Please blink four times. We’ll be here. We’ll save you.
“And he’s willing to do anything to get there. And your whole recap you just said, I mean, he’s terrifying in some ways. And he’s young and ambitious and agile in the sense that he’s a chameleon who makes himself what he thinks the audience wants to hear from him.”
The joke is also referenced in the podcast episode description, “Usha once, please blink twice if you need help.”

Several X users called Saki’s comments “disgusting” and “vile” for mocking Vance’s marriage and suggesting someone was “worse than Hitler” than Trump.
“Not a good guy. At all,” commented Fox News contributor Joe Concha.
The Libs of TikTok X account wrote, “Unhinged Jane Saki is now defaming JD Vance, suggesting that his wife, Usha, wants to leave her husband and offers to ‘save’ her. She also thinks that JD Vance is ‘scarier’.” Donald Trump. @MSNBC should be ashamed to pay her.”

Townhall.com writer Amy Curtis commented, “Also, that’s a terrible thing to say. Usha Vance is happily married. She swore to a Jedi and those words mean something. It’s an insult to women who have really bad marriages.”
