Middle school brat driving Mercedes G-Wagen screamed ‘I’ll kill you’ at cops after officers mowed down: DA

The Pennsylvania brat accused of running over police with his father’s Mercedes G-Wagon during a wild car chase at the weekend shouted: “I’m going to kill you” at cops as he was being arrested, prosecutors have revealed.
The threat from 21-year-old Nebo Dalton Lee Janicek came after a crazy police chase Friday afternoon that saw the six-figure SUV crash into several police cars and “intentionally” run over a downed cop three times before he was finally pulled over and restrained.
“Put me in the car or I’ll kill you,” Janicek allegedly told the officer after he was in custody, according to a complaint filed by the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office.
Two officers ended up in the hospital, one of them in serious condition, officials said.
The son of a Pennsylvania legal heavyweight, Janicek is now being held without bail on attempted murder of a police officer, assault and other charges.
The trouble began when Whitpen Township police tried to stop the Mercedes G-Wagon, and Janicek allegedly took off in it, drove over the center median and into traffic on Skipback Pike Friday afternoon.
He eluded police, but cops spotted the SUV in the parking lot of the Doubletree Guest Suites Hotel in Plymouth Township about 40 minutes later — and that’s when all hell broke loose.
According to the complaint, Janicek rammed several patrol vehicles, struck an officer to the ground, then turned around and struck him three more times.
The complaint said that the police fired five shots into the windshield but failed to stop the crazy driver, resulting in a head injury.
An eyewitness to the chaos outside the hotel told investigators that Janicek “intentionally ran over the officer” and “heard the officer screaming for help,” prosecutors said.
Janicek, the son of Lee Janicek, a partner at the prominent law firm Louis Brisebois and a member of the Loyola Marymount University rowing team, is scheduled to return to court on Nov. 4.
Janicek also attended the prestigious prep school La Salle College High School, which costs $28,000 a year.
His parents did not return calls seeking comment from The Post.
