
NFL News: Isaiah Rodgers directs Vikings slam message

The Minnesota Vikings The defensive back condemned the vile racist message Isaiah Rodgers received after the team’s 28-22 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles.
Rogers posted the messages he received from social media users. Many of the messages he received included racial slurs.

The team released a statement regarding the incident on Monday.
“We are disgusted by the racial slurs directed at Isaiah Rodgers after yesterday’s game,” the team said. “As we have said before, there is no place for racist words or actions in sport or society.
“We support Isaiah and all the players who, unfortunately, experience this kind of ignorant and prejudiced behavior all too often, and we ask our fans to continue the fight to end racism.”

Rogers added that the messages were not the worst he had seen.
“Racism is real,” he wrote on X. “Football, keep football. Not even the worst I’ve seen. Keep up or keep quiet. ‘Fans.’ Fake applause, no support or loyal and will never switch. Pick a side and stick to it!”
Rogers was with him the eagle Last season when the team defeated the Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl LIX. He joined the Vikings in the offseason.
