The trial in the Tyler Robinson Charlie Kirk shooting case has been delayed for months

According to court officials, Robinson is scheduled to appear in court Monday for a virtual appearance where he will not show his face. The judge is expected to consider motions to allow him to wear street clothes in court and bar cameras from the proceedings, but his tentatively scheduled preliminary hearing has been pushed back until January.

Robinson’s defense was expected to ask for more time at the now canceled Oct. 30 hearing.

He allegedly climbed onto the campus roof with his grandfather’s Mauser .30-06 and shot Kirk in the neck.
