Shockley, who authorities said identifies as male and uses the name Jimmy, was arrested in February on Monday after police received information that she had access to an AR-15 weapon, had purchased a bulletproof vest, and was obsessed with mass shootings.

When officers searched her home, they found a twisted shrine to Parkland Florida mass shooter Nikolas Cruz and other gunmen.

They also found evidence that she was planning a shooting at her school, and was planning to organize it to coincide with the anniversary of the Parkland shooting.

Shockley is also banned from searching for school shooters for life, with all of her electronic devices monitored by software that will hold her accountable.

She will be banned from owning a gun at all.

She must also pay for mental health counseling.

She is expected to file her petition in court on November 24.
