President Donald Trump ordered a nighttime U.S. raid on a suspected Tren de Aragua ship in the Caribbean, killing six suspected drug-terrorists, officials say.
Secretary of War Pete Hegseth announced on the X, “This vessel was identified by our intelligence as being involved in illegal narcotics trafficking, was traveling along a known narcotics-trafficking route and was carrying narcotics.”
“Six men were on board a narco-terrorist vessel during a strike conducted in international waters – and it was the first strike of the night. All six terrorists were killed in the strike and no US forces were harmed.”
