
Virginia Guiffre’s brother called on King Charles to strip Prince Andrew of his title

In the wake of Virginia Giuffre’s claim, she was forced into several sexual encounters. Prince Andrew After being sexually trafficked by Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell as teenagers, her family is calling on King Charles III to remove the last remaining title.
Ahead of the release of his sister’s posthumous memoir, “Nobody’s Girl: A Memoir of Surviving Abuse and Fighting for Justice,” Giffrey’s brother, Skye Roberts, and his wife Amanda expressed their wishes during an appearance on ITV.this morning.”
“For me, again, we’re proud of her, but I think the job’s not done yet, I think it’s just the beginning,” Skye said of the courage his sister – who died by suicide earlier this year – had in writing the book. “It was written to provoke some kind of action after the publication of the book.”

“I think we need to reopen the investigation,” he added. “I think in the UK, law enforcement has documents that are able to bring people to justice. Including Prince Andrew. And I believe that just because you have the word ‘Prince’ in front of your name, it doesn’t mean that there are different laws for you.”
“Everybody needs to be held to the same standard and held to account, because I really believe that if Prince wasn’t in front of his name, he’d be in jail right now, really,” he said.
Skye said he and his family are calling King Charles will take action against Andrew.

“I think the king has the ability to take it away, so we will call it to action. But that is not enough,” he said. “Again, I believe there are two sets of laws for two people. This is a demonstration of our system. My sister has been a truth teller all this time. This is a vindicating moment for her and so, right now, I will call for the investigation to be reopened.”

“They have the flight logs, they can follow the money, there’s a money trail that we can follow and I believe there’s a lot of evidence that we can put a case on these various people and support the survivors and start working for people,” he added.
“Our goal, and the only reason we’re really moving forward, is to keep her voice alive,” he added.
Fox News Digital has reached out to Buckingham Palace for comment.
On Friday, Andrew released a statement as excerpts from Giffre’s book began to emerge. This statement has been issued through Buckingham Palace.
“In discussions with the King and my immediate and extended family, we have noted that the continuing allegations against me have distracted from work within Her Majesty and the Royal Family,” Andrew’s statement read. “As always, I have decided to put my duty to my family and country first. I stand by my decision of five years ago to step back from public life.”

“Due to His Majesty’s agreement, we feel that I should now go a step further,” the statement added. “Therefore I will no longer use my title or the honors bestowed upon me. As I have said before, I vehemently deny the allegations against me.”
In her book, Giffre detailed the night of March 10, 2001 – the evening she first met 17-year-old Prince Andrew.
“As we chatted in Maxwell’s entryway, something suddenly occurred to me: My mother would never forgive me if I met someone as famous as Prince Andrew and didn’t pose for a picture,” Giffre wrote. “I ran from my room to get a Kodak Funsaver, then came back and gave it to Epstein. I remember the prince putting his arm around my waist and Maxwell laughing beside me. Epstein took the photo.”

Later that evening, after the group went to dinner and the club, Geoffrey told Maxwell, “You’re going to do for Geoffrey what you do for him when we get home.”
“Back home, Maxwell and Epstein She said goodnight and headed upstairs, signaling that it was time for me to take care of the prince. He was friendly enough, but still entitled – as if he thought it was his birthright to have sex with me.”
“I gave him a hot bath,” she added. “We undressed and got into the tub, but didn’t stay there long because the prince was eager to get on the bed. He was paying special attention to my feet, licking my toes and licking my arches. It was a first for me, and it tickled. I was afraid he wanted me to do the same to him. But I felt the need to hurry. After sex, I remember, in his clipped British accent, “Thank you half.” It lasted less than an hour.”

“The next morning, Maxwell told me: ‘You did well. The prince had fun.’ Epstein would pay me $15,000 to serve the tabloids as ‘Randy Andy’.”
Giffre described two other alleged encounters with the prince.
In 2021, Giffre filed a sexual assault lawsuit against Andrew in New York, who denied all allegations. The royal claimed he had never met her and the photo of them together could be fake.
In 2022, he settled with Giuffre for an undisclosed amount and agreed to make a “substantial donation” to her survivors’ organization. British media, including The Telegraph, reported the settlement to be between $6 million and $16 million.

Epstein was found dead in his New York jail cell weeks after his 2019 arrest. The American financier was awaiting trial on US federal sex-trafficking charges involving dozens of teenage girls and young women, some as young as 14. Investigators ruled his death a suicide.
Maxwell was convicted in 2021 For helping teenage girls to be sexually abused by him. She is serving a 20-year prison sentence.
