Yanxiz by Astros Choose the late start of the smuggled game
Houston – Aaron Bon was talking about his play plans for Giancarlo Stanton when he raised the Yankees travel table with a hint of discontent.
“I and I will wander tonight after the match (Wednesday) and make a call in one way (Thursday),” Bon said. Yanxiz loss 8-7 to Astros Wednesday in Decin Park.
“Obviously, we will return home late – again – go to the Toronto series. I will communicate with him a lot and we will try to do what is best for everyone.”
Yankees begins a series of three decisive matches against Blue Jays on Friday night in Bronx, but they did not receive any preferences from Astros, who set the date of 6:40 pm (local time) on Thursday for a match.
Astros only travels to Arlington, Texas, for their weekend while Yankees returns to New York and will land early on Friday morning.
This is not the first time that Yankees has been disturbed by getting a late match before a big series – they arrived in Boston in the early hours of Friday morning in June after they played a match on Thursday night in Kansas City – but Bon does not know that someone will feel sorry for them.

“It is grinding the season, darling. We will achieve the best of it,” he said. “I have some conversations sometimes (with MLB), but you also understand that it is the nature of the monster and 162 games in 180 days, you will have some difficult timelines. But this doesn’t really matter, no one cares.

Austin Wales started the mask for the ninth time in 12 games on Wednesday, with its past four beginnings, giving Yanxiz some hope that the angle will run from an extended slide. After he went to 3 against 4 on Wednesday, he was fighting 8 against 19 with three runs at home, and three husbands and walked on his last five games after he hit. 127 (9 versus 71) with 449 OPS in 23 games before that.
Bonn said. “Certainly some struggles there for a few weeks, but he had some big bats here recently. I feel that he acquires some quality of quality and results. This is something that helps him during this month as well.”
In the sixth half on Tuesday, Paul Goldsheedt stopped the ball, then ran first to overcome Jose Altov to the bag, but he seemed to win his knee and be in some discomfort after the play.
“He is fine,” Bon said. “It was a little painful (Tuesday) in general with the knee. But it is fine.”
Goldschmidt was absent two games last month with a twisting knee.
Austin Slater (the knee strings) started on the right stadium on Wednesday in the fourth rehabilitation match in Triple-A, but could return to the active list by the end of this week.
“We may make it there (Thursday) only for another few days in a row from the bats, but I expect it soon,” Bonn said.
